VulnerabilityCon

The first VulnerabilityCon took place at the University of Kentucky, where more than 100 students, graduates, and young professionals came together for a day of reflection, healing, and community. It reminded us that vulnerability is not weakness. It is the bridge to connection, empathy, and growth.

That spirit is now growing into a national movement. VulnerabilityCon is expanding into a multi-day experience that brings people from across the country together to learn, connect, and heal. Rooted in academic research and real-world practice, the conference explores two essential dimensions: the inner work of self-awareness, healing, and emotional intelligence, and the collective work of building community, leading with compassion, and creating environments where people can thrive.

Through a carefully curated lineup of keynotes, workshops, activations, and storytelling, VulnerabilityCon offers participants an immersive space for honest dialogue, reflection, and transformation. Attendees engage in meaningful conversations, participate in hands-on experiences, and leave equipped with tools to strengthen how they lead, love, and live.

For brands, organizations, and thought leaders, VulnerabilityCon presents a powerful opportunity to align with a movement that is shaping the future of wellness, culture, and human connection. It is more than a conference. It is a catalyst for change, inspiring a new generation to lead with empathy, authenticity, and purpose.
