Club Vulnerability

is a culturally grounded wellness agency dedicated to helping individuals, communities, and organizations cultivate healthier relationships.

Founded by Dr. Nigel Marcellus, Club Vulnerability began as a series of intimate community events centered around poetry, R&B, and deep reflection. These gatherings became spaces where people could slow down, share openly, and feel seen. What started as a single evening of vulnerability has grown into a movement that bridges personal growth, community wellness, and healing.

Today, Club Vulnerability offers individual consulting, corporate workshops, speaking engagements, and curated events that invite people to reimagine what it means to connect with themselves, with others, and within their communities.

Our work is grounded in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and cultural sensitivity, blending academic research, storytelling, and experiential design to create spaces where people can feel, heal, and grow together. Whether through one-on-one sessions, organizational training, or immersive events, we help individuals and teams strengthen their relational foundations and build communities rooted in trust, empathy, and belonging.

At its core, Club Vulnerability is not just an agency. It is a movement to redefine what connection can look like in today’s world.
